I'm worried about the white spots on my arms because of the strong sunlight.

It's so hot outside, I'm applying sunscreen. But I'm sweating so much that the sunscreen keeps coming off. My arms are also tanned, and now I see white spots forming here and there. They're not very big, but they itch when I sleep. Could this be a type of sun allergy? I'm worried it could develop into skin cancer.
