Question) Is it okay to use medications that suppress sweating?

I have palmar hyperhidrosis, which causes excessive sweating on my palmsㅠㅠ Recently, as I feel the weather getting warmer, sweat has started to bead up again on my palmsㅠㅠ
In the height of summer, it's almost impossible to go out without a handkerchiefㅠㅠ These days, sweat-suppressing medications are also available at pharmacies.
It seems like there are infinitely many things.
Since I've never used it before, I somehow felt a sense of rejection towards writing it anewㅠ
I also had hyperhidrosis surgery when I was 20 years old, haha.
It didn't come out for just three months, but it came out again.
I had the surgery because it was permanent, but I got completely hit with a surprise, haha. The antiperspirant I buy at the pharmacy.
Will it be effective? Are there any side effects?
