저도 수족냉증으로 몇 년 동안 정말 고생 많이 했는데 운동 시작하면서 정말 많이 괜찮아졌어요. 예전에는 늦가을만 되도 핫팩 맨날 달고 살아야 됐고 항상 차가 웠거든요. 근데 운동 시작하고 나니 혈액순환이 잘 돼서 그런지 손이랑 발이 그렇게 차갑지 않더라구요. 일단 혈액순환이 잘 되게 물 많이 드시고 운동을 가볍게라도 한번 시작해 보는 것이 어떠세요?
