Question) I have a sore throat from cold symptoms and can't speak properly. Is there a way to recover my voice?

It's been a week since I caught a cold.
I have a little cough and phlegm, but no other special symptoms. My voice is hoarse, so I can't speak clearly.
I took medicine and also received an injection, but my voice still hasn't returned.
My throat is so swollen that I can't answer the phone while working. It's incredibly frustrating.
Is there a way to make my voice return quickly?
Seeking advice from those who have experienced similar symptoms as mine.
