(Question) Is it okay to live with a wart on my toe?

In my twenties, I wanted to look a little taller, so I wore 7cm high heels every day for long hours, which caused a bump or swelling to form on my fourth toe and the toe next to it.
Fortunately, there is no pain, but I feel nervous every time I walk on my foot. Is it okay to live like this?
