[Question] It's a small, silent fart, but the smell is terrible ㅠ

It's a shameful story of mine, after all.
I usually tend to be constipated, but today I went to the bathroom and after that, I kept having silent farting all day long, which was very exhausting. I couldn't control it without realizing, and it was so foul-smelling that I felt very embarrassed today. I'm wondering why it's so much worse than usual today.
