Question) For people with back pain, which is more effective: chiropractic adjustment or acupuncture treatment?

Sometimes my back suddenly feels uncomfortable, and I usually go to the orthopedic surgeon for injection treatment.

There is a slight scoliosis in the spine, and I have a forward head posture along with joint issues.

I understand that traditional Korean medicine hospitals treat with acupuncture or Chuna therapy, but which one is more effective?

Is the chuna therapy performed at the oriental medicine hospital the same? The chuna therapy that clicks and then realigns the spine back into place, right?

Manual therapy is good when you receive it, but I heard that if you don't maintain proper posture, it will revert back.

I'm also curious if Chuna therapy is only a one-time treatment. Please let me know if you've received treatment for both.
