Herbal treatment for arthritis

I received manual therapy and physical therapy at the rehabilitation medicine department because I was told I was in the early stages of arthritis in the orthopedic department.

However, if I put a little too much strain on my knee or step incorrectly, I feel a grinding sensation in my knee.

So I started to consider traditional Korean medicine treatment.

How is the treatment process carried out when receiving treatment at a Korean medicine clinic?

Will I receive acupuncture?
