Sometimes my chest hurts really badly; what could it be?

I'm relatively young, and every time I have a health check-up, it shows no issues, so I believe there are no problemsㅠ
However, about once every six months, I feel a sharp, stabbing pain inside my chest cavity.
It is so painful this time that it's difficult to even move or speak.
Is it correct to just think it's nothing serious and move on if there are no abnormalities in the check-up?
I'm very worriedㅠㅠ
