I tend to catch colds frequently during seasonal changes.
I especially tend to have a high fever due to tonsillitis, and I also have severe cough and sore throat.
I've tried many over-the-counter cold medicines from the pharmacy, but Tylenol seems to be the most effective.
Ibuprofen causes stomach upset when taken, but acetaminophen-based medications have fewer of those side effects, so I prefer them.
These days, I keep Tylenol ER (extended-release tablets) in stock.
Since it is a western injection, the effects last longer slowly, which seems more advantageous for pain control~
Since the dosage is large, taking it every 8 hours is less cumbersome.
However, taking too much Tylenol can cause liver toxicity, so you need to be careful with the dosage.
I think it's a good medication as long as you watch out for these side effects~~
Since COVID-19, I've been stockpiling more at home~~ haha

- 01CommentsIf you have multiple family members who have suffered from dementia, it is understandable that you would be worried. You do not necessarily have to take brain supplements to prevent dementia. Just because a supplement is said to be good for brain health does not mean there is sufficient evidence to prove that it actually lowers the risk of developing dementia. If you have a family history, it is more important to identify your own risk factors and focus on proven preventive care rather than choosing supplements first.620026.10.16
