Tylenol.. Our household's all-in-one cold medicine

There are various types of cold medicines as well.. Since I was young, whenever I catch a cold, my throat always swells..
If my throat swells, I immediately get a fever again.
At those times, I always took Tylenol.. The duration of its effectiveness is 4 to 6 hours..
The old doctor is a good doctor, so I tend not to change the medication unnecessarily.
