Since receiving the first COVID-19 vaccine shot, my arm has been sore, and after the second and third doses, I can hardly lift my right arm.
I also have shoulder pain, so I couldn't sleep properly.
I had tests at the hospital, and they said my inflammation levels were a bit high, so I was prescribed medication and told it was okay, but I still feel pain.
I'm not unable to sleep, but I'm still worried because I'm not feeling well.
I'm feeling overwhelmed by continuing physical therapy. What should I do?
Please let me know if anyone knows about exercise therapy.

- 01CommentsDid you go to the hospital and get a prescription for medicine and eye drops? I'm also suffering right now because I have a stye and even developed blepharitis. I hope you take your medicine and get better soon.370026.10.20
- 02CommentsIf you have multiple family members who have suffered from dementia, it is understandable that you would be worried. You do not necessarily have to take brain supplements to prevent dementia. Just because a supplement is said to be good for brain health does not mean there is sufficient evidence to prove that it actually lowers the risk of developing dementia. If you have a family history, it is more important to identify your own risk factors and focus on proven preventive care rather than choosing supplements first.670026.10.16
- 03CommentsI understand that the cost of the medication is a burden. In that case, try taking the medicine while also adjusting your diet. If you manage your health and improve your physical condition, the need for medication will gradually decrease.520026.10.15
