Has anyone experienced proteinuria?

I recently went for a health check-up and was diagnosed with proteinuria.

The health checkup results indicate proteinuria (+1).

I heard that I need to undergo a detailed examination to find out more. I'm not sure what I should do.

I'm only in my twenties, but I was a bit worried about having to get a check-up so early, so my head felt a little dizzy haha

So I was worried something serious might happen, and I asked the nurse, who said it could be a temporary phenomenon, so I plan to undergo a detailed examination this coming weekend. But I feel very anxious. Has anyone experienced this before?
