It seems I have M-shaped hair loss from birth. Has anyone tried treatment for it?

Since I was young, I have had a relatively wide forehead and an M-shaped hair loss pattern.
When I let my bangs down, the front hair volume looks awkward, so the bangs also look awkward.
If I remove my bangs, my forehead looks too wide, making my face appear longer.
I'm so jealous of IU's pretty clever tricks 😂
Has anyone tried the M-shaped hairline hair loss treatment?
The hairline in the right photo is so enviable 😅
