The parting on the top of my head keeps getting wider. Could this be hair loss?

Lately, whenever I look in the mirror, I feel like the part at the crown of my head looks particularly prominent. My hair also seems weaker and thinner than before, and I am worried because the amount falling out when I comb or wash it seems to have increased quite a bit.

I'm not sure if this is natural thinning with age or if I need to go to the hospital and start hair loss treatment. Is there anyone else visiting a clinic like me because their hair is thinning on the crown?

I would appreciate it if you could share your experiences on which treatment would be best to receive first.
