I have dandruff and scalp inflammation. Would it be helpful to visit a dermatologist?

I have dandruff and I can see blood stains on my scalp like this, so I'm worried these days.

The scalp is also called skin. If the scalp is in this condition Should I go to a dermatologist? Or should I go to a scalp specialty shop to get treatment?

My scalp isn't clean, so I find myself constantly checking it in the mirror.
