Are gray hair cover products okay?

My gray hair has increased so much lately.

I experienced hair loss a long time ago, and since my hair started falling out rapidly, I haven't touched my hair at all.

So, I heard those chemicals are harsh, so I'm worried that it might just make my hair fall out even more.

I was worried.

I've been seeing a lot of these gray hair cover products lately, so I'm getting interested, but I also wonder if they are actually safe for my hair.

It looks convenient since you just apply a quick coat, but
