머리가 가늘어지는건 다 그런가봐요 노화의 흐적인가봐요 ㅠㅠ
Wow.....
Losing hair, which is truly the top concern and complex these days, is my worry...
Since I was young, my hair has been unusually thin and light brown, so I was often mistaken for having dyed it.
Still, back then, it was just hair thinning, not that I had a small amount of hair...
They said that as it grows, the hair might become thicker...
Even when I grew taller, my hair didn't get any thicker... I lost every hair fight I had since I was young...
When I was young, my mom used to tie my hair so tightly that it almost pulled out my hair strands. Could this have caused hair loss? Or was it because I liked wearing baseball caps when I was young and wore them every day?
Anyway, it's still in the 20s to 30s age range, so my hair is thinner than others, but it's not to the point where my hair falls out more than others or looks too sparse and pitiful.
It wasn't quite a complex...
Now that I'm in my 40s, I am really experiencing severe hair loss, which has caused me tremendous stress and become a complex I’ve never had before. These days, I don't envy pretty people, slim people, or wealthy people much; I envy those with a lot of hair the most... I was so worried about losing so much hair while washing it that I even wondered if I had cancer.
Even trying shampoos that are said to be good for hair loss doesn't work, and eating black beans and black sesame doesn't help either...
My mind is really blank;;; Even on that side that doesn't look empty, if I just change the direction, it would look so empty~~
Even if I tie my hair three times like that, it can't hold and slips off easily... It's not even a double braid, it's all tied together, and that's the thickness...
At first, the string that was tied twice ended up being tied three times, and the hair tie that was tied three times would often slip off easily while walking down the street...
At first, my hair was just enough for a double braid like everyone else's, then it became half-head length, and eventually it was only as long as a pulled-back rabbit's head;;;
They say not to tie your hair because it causes more hair loss, but... in this hot summer, I have to keep my hair down, right?
When I untie my hair, it seems like that much hair gets pulled out by the hair tie;;;;
Before washing my hair, I first run my fingers through it to check if too much hair is falling out... It falls out to that extent...
Of course, when I wash my hair, more hair falls out than that, so I gather two or three clumps and throw them away...
After rinsing, when I dry my hair and comb it with my hand, it gets that much again...
I can't avoid stress;;; Even in the photo, my hair looks really thin...
A friend of mine tried shockwave therapy at a hospital for hair loss treatment... but it was just painful, ineffective, and only expensive, so I was too scared to go.
I endlessly stare in envy at people passing by who have a lot of hair.
I took the bus, and when I see someone with no hair up top, I think I might look like that too, and it makes me want to cry.
Anyway, I don't have much hair either, so why do I sweat so much from my head...
I don't sweat much overall, but I only sweat well on my head. Does this mean my scalp has a lot of heat???
It seems that when it's hotter than the sweat on my face or back, I sweat more on my head...
Growing out my hair used to drain my nutrients, so now I get a short bob cut every two years and get a perm. The current length I have is almost the maximum I can grow. I only let my hair air dry without using a hairdryer, and I have never dyed it before.
I only get my hair done about once every two years, so I don't really pay much attention to my hair...
Why does it keep falling out like this...
I'm worried I might really go bald like this...
I'm really 고민돼요 whether I should wear a well-made wig or not.............
How is everyone managing their hair loss? If a hair loss medication is developed, it will really win a Nobel Prize;;;
