(Concern) Is there anyone whose hair loss has improved?

My bangs are quite clear, so I've been going to the hospital since college.

But it hasn't significantly improved or worsened, remaining in the same state...

But these days, when I wash my hair, I lose a handful at a time... I wonder if it's the back of my head or the front...

I've tried hair loss shampoos and visited clinics, but I haven't noticed much effect.

How did those who experienced improvement in hair loss do it?
