I visited Women's Children's Hospital for a prenatal checkup on May 24th!

 

I come to the Women's Children's Hospital once a year for a cervical cancer screening, so this wasn't my first visit.

The inside of the hospital was clean, and there was also a postpartum care center, so I trusted it!

I made an appointment, so after waiting a little, I had about 20 minutes of consultation in the consultation room.

I remember the person at the counter who assisted me was very kind.

They provided a thorough consultation.

 

The prenatal test results also showed signs of cystitis and the endometrial thickness was thicker than that of the general population.

 

The normal thickness of the endometrium is less than 0.8 centimeters, but my measurement result was 1.44 centimeters.

Doctor's advice: It may thicken before menstruation.

They told me to come back to the hospital immediately after my period ends to have my endometrial thickness measured.

 

 

So, I came back to Women's Children's Hospital on Saturday, June 10th, to get re-examined to see if the cystitis has improved.

I registered at the desk and had a urine test to check if the cystitis has improved.

The diagnosis shows that the cystitis has also healed, and the measurement of the endometrial thickness is 0.6 cm, fortunately below 0.8 cm!

 

But a polyp was found in my uterus, so I think I will have surgery either next month or the month after that ㅠ

 

 

To briefly introduce the hospital, the facilities are overall very clean.

If you go without an appointment, you'll have to wait for a very long time because there are so many people.

There are many trustworthy doctors because there are many people.

 

 

On the second floor of the hospital, there are the Department of Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, and the Health Checkup Center.

There is an obstetrics and gynecology department on the third floor.

Women and Children's Hospital also has a postpartum care center on the 7th to 9th floors, which I think is very good.

So I think if I have a baby in the future, I will give birth here and also do postpartum care together.

 

The hospital is located right in front of Wolbae Station, making it very easy to access by public transportation.
