I was feeling physically unwell and anxious, but the director calmly explained everything from the start and meticulously attended to every detail. That's why I'll definitely be returning. The director is incredibly kind and provides thorough explanations. Patients can sense that the treatment isn't just a formality, but genuine. The IV room was warm and comfortable, so I was a bit chilly, but I felt much more at ease while resting. The treatment was thorough, and the IVs were administered cleanly and quickly, which gave me even more confidence. My child also got shots here and recovered quickly, which adds to my trust. The interior was also kept very clean, so I was very satisfied overall. I had a hard time with the flu, but thanks to you, I'm recovering well. Highly recommended!!
