I was examined by specialist Lee Ji-hyun, who explained my sore throat, checked my temperature, and explained how to prevent colds. I was prescribed a shot and medication, which I took after meals. She recommended keeping my neck warm while sleeping and warned me not to make the room too dry. She also advised me to stay hydrated with warm water rather than cold water and to avoid strenuous exercise. The weather may get colder, so I need to take good care of myself.
