Review of treatment at Miz Dermatology for back itching and skin troubles

My family member complained of severe itching on their backs and had wounds, so we went to Miz Dermatology together.
I came here on purpose because there was a female doctor there.
The doctor was kind and explained things well, and the staff was friendly, which was nice.
It wasn't that big, but the interior was clean and the atmosphere was nice.
The doctor seemed busy because he was running around here and there, but he explained everything to me more kindly than I expected.
I was prescribed medication and ointment. They told me that if I applied the ointment once or twice a day, took the medication after meals, and applied body cream frequently, the itchiness would be less severe.

Since it's a place that also does skin care, I noticed various treatment information. It seemed like they were also having events.
