A few months ago, I made an appointment at the hospital and had a thyroid ultrasound biopsy.
The hospital atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which helped me relax a little.
Even though I had made a reservation for the ultrasound, the wait was long, and even though I was given local anesthesia for the biopsy, it was so painful.
I was worried about waiting for the test results to come out next week, but I felt reassured after the specialist explained it in detail.
It was so painful overall that I cried and stayed in the hospital longer than I expected.
I had no complaints about the hospital's services or procedures.
The nurse was very kind and the room was clean and comfortable.
I guess we just have to wait for the results.
