I share my experience relieving back pain with Chuna therapy at Namgu Outstanding Oriental Medicine Clinic.

Yesterday morning, I visited the Outstanding Su Oriental Medical Clinic (Oriental Medicine Doctor Heo Su-yeong) for a long-term pain in the lower back and pelvis, and to receive Chuna therapy (Chuna therapy is covered by insurance up to 20 times a year and can be claimed for actual insurance expenses/ I receive Chuna therapy once or twice a month). (The examination room is behind the reception and storage warehouse, the actual treatment room is on the left [including Chuna/excluding Chuna, individual treatment rooms are mixed with some with and without personal lockers], and there is a water bed and massage chair on the right.) Usually, the order is cupping-heat steaming-electric therapy-acupuncture (areas marked in red/low-stimulus electric acupuncture treatment)-Chuna therapy (infrared light machine is also used). Yesterday, the steaming machine was broken, so the heat steaming treatment was not done. The treatment usually takes about 50 minutes to an hour, but it ended about 10 minutes early. After receiving the treatment, my body was straightened and the pain was much better (I felt relieved for about a week to 10 days. Actually, here I haven't had any major pain since I started going, and I'm currently maintaining a manageable level.) Please note that there are many benefits for long-term use here.
