I went to Good Yeongdo Internal Medicine to get medication for my high blood pressure, and the doctors and nurses were so kind that I plan to get my health checkup here as well. I was worried when I first started taking blood pressure medication, but after taking it consistently, I could feel that walking and breathing became easier, and my daily life improved a lot. When I first measured my blood pressure, it went up to 170, which was very surprising, but after changing the medication two or three times to suit my condition, my blood pressure has now dropped to around 110. It's annoying and bothersome to have to take medication every day for the rest of my life, but it's for my health, so I have to take it consistently and try to live a healthy life.
