I got botox on my forehead, between my eyebrows, and on the bridge of my nose, and I had two moles removed.

It may be different for everyone, but I cried because the botox and mole removal were so painful, but the nurse(?) who went in with me during the procedure was really thorough and kind.
There seemed to be a coordinator at the desk, and he was also very kind!
I used to go there often, but after the interior was renovated, the facilities were so nice that it looked like a downtown hospital. I told a friend about it, and he said that two people had already been there in the meantime. I'll go there again next time.
