Plantar fasciitis. They say a bone grows on the heel...so my heel hurts like it's stabbing me every time I walk. It hurts when I press it with my hand and when I walk. They said that if I leave it alone, the pain will go away for a long time, so I'm getting physical therapy, including electrical therapy and compresses. The physical therapy takes about 50 minutes... They prescribed me a 5-day supply of painkillers, but as if it were a lie, after taking them, I thought they were gone...but since I stopped taking the medicine, the pain came back..., They said I have to get physical therapy for 6 months...The physical therapist is very kind and explains everything well when I ask questions. The weather is cold, so the pain in the soles of my feet has gone down more... I've been getting warm compresses, electrical therapy, and magnetic therapy. I'm in my second month of treatment now.
