I tried to make an appointment in August, but there were a lot of people waiting for a colonoscopy, so I ended up getting my checkup in November. I get my checkup here every year, and it's always the same. The staff is friendly, and they take great care of me at every checkup. After I've been to the right department, they kindly direct me to the next one, give me a detailed explanation before the colonoscopy, and afterward, they provide thorough explanations, so I always feel at ease. I feel so welcomed, which is why I've been coming here for over 15 years. Every year, I see the same people, so they seem to know me and give me extra attention. That's why I keep coming here instead of going elsewhere.
