Student Oral Examination Method

 

1. Select only one dental clinic of your choice and make an appointment for an oral examination by phone.

2. Fill out the questionnaire at home.

3. Bring the questionnaire you and your child filled out together and the student oral examination results report to the dentist.

4. After completing the examination, submit one of the two results reports received from the dental clinic to the school.

Since you make a reservation by phone and go for the checkup, you can go according to your children's academy schedule.

The school will cover the entire cost of the checkup, so be sure to get it checked for free.

The target audience was children in grades 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6.
