I finally visited Kim Ramiyu Surgical Clinic after putting it off for so long because it was a hassle.

① Why did you originally not want to do it?

Before visiting Kim Ramiyu Surgical Clinic, I had lost trust in gynecological hospitals after receiving disappointing and excessive treatment at another hospital. Also, since I experienced occasional pain, I thought it might be premenstrual syndrome and dismissed it as nothing serious, so I ignored the pain.

② What led you to visit the hospital?
While talking with a friend, I heard that they provide excellent diagnosis and treatment from the patient's perspective without over-treatment. So I thought this place would be okay, and since I could no longer ignore the pain, I visited.

Was the explanation sufficient?
I was really, really satisfied. The explanations were easy to understand from a patient's perspective and made sure I wasn't too scared, so just listening to them put my mind at ease and comforted me.

Has your curiosity been satisfied?
Yes, very much so! You know how there are many hospitals that make you feel embarrassed or give you a hard time when you ask questions? Lamiu is not like that at all. They explained everything easily without laughing at or ignoring my questions. I found a lot of comfort in that.

Wasn't it burdensome?
Not at all. On the contrary, I received excessive treatment at the previous hospital, but here they told me that follow-up tests would be sufficient and made sure I get regular checkups.

⑤ Looking back now, what do you think?
I visited with some apprehension, but it was better than I expected. The doctors, nurses, and staff at the counter were all very kind. Yes, I definitely intend to visit again. I recommend this place to anyone who, like me, is concerned about breast or thyroid health and worries about unnecessary treatment.
In my case, I went for treatment and even received peace of mind, and I am so satisfied that I would actually recommend it to the people around me.
