I previously underwent a disc procedure. The hospital recommended a nerve block surgery, but I said I would try injections first before proceeding. Fortunately, after receiving about four injections, I saw some improvement. It has been about a year and a half now, and the pain has started to return little by little, so I visited the clinic to try physical therapy instead of the procedure this time. It was my first time visiting a rehabilitation medicine department, but the doctor was very systematic and explained everything very well. I felt confident, so I booked a manual therapy session that same day and received it. Since it is my first time, I am not sure about the progress yet, and I think I need to continue receiving treatments.
