Review of back pain treatment at Cheongseok Korean Medicine Clinic in Ansan

My lower back has been hurting really badly for the past few days. Then this morning, it became so bad that I could barely straighten my back, so I decided I couldn't go on like this and went to Cheongseok Korean Medicine Clinic.
As I opened the hospital door and walked in, the desk staff saw me swaying awkwardly while holding my lower back and quickly came over to kindly help with registration and guidance.
He said that the muscles around my spine were tightly knotted and had strained my ligaments, and he went over my usual sitting posture in detail.
I immediately lay face down on the treatment room bed and started intensive treatment!
First, they shone the 'red light' on my lower back. As the red light touched my back, which was stiff and felt like a rock, and it warmed up, it felt great because it relieved my tension and made me feel relaxed and drowsy.
After relaxing my muscles with a warm soak for quite a while, I received acupuncture in earnest.
Every time the needle went deep into my lower back, I felt a slight aching and heavy sensation, but I endured it because it felt like something that had been tightly blocked was finally releasing.
After the red-light compress and acupuncture treatment, my hunched back feels like it's straightening out a bit!
He advised me not to lift heavy things for the time being and to get up and stretch frequently in between.
