I was tired, so I sat on the living room sofa and collapsed into sleep. The weather at dawn that day It was colder than other days. Starting the next day, I had a runny nose and a stuffy nose, and I got a headache, perhaps because I blew my nose too hard. I took cold medicine but it didn't get better; my ears felt clogged and I even developed tinnitus, so I visited an ENT doctor. I told the doctor all my symptoms and received a dressing for the inside of my nose I had both ears checked and underwent an eardrum examination. There is nothing wrong with the eardrum, and it is not otitis media, but Eustachian tube inflammation. I received treatment where air was blown into both nostrils like balloons to clear my nose and Eustachian tubes. I felt relieved as my nose and ears were cleared. Afterwards, I received nasal treatment using a medicinal swab. My symptoms have improved, and my tinnitus and headaches have subsided.
