My child started rubbing their eyes last night, saying they were itchy. After massaging them with a cold towel, they fell asleep, but woke up crying in the middle of the night saying their eyes hurt. I tried calling this morning to make an appointment, but they said general consultations aren't available. So I quickly got ready and went, but there was a bit of a wait. The hospital was huge, and it felt very clean and tidy. There were many staff members as well. They weren't overly friendly, but they weren't unfriendly either. We saw Dr. Choi Han-gyeol, who was very calm and examined us well, tailoring the consultation to my child's level. He prescribed medication that wasn't excessive and explained everything I was curious about in detail, so I was very grateful!
