I contacted Hansol Family Medicine Clinic for a consultation regarding a skin condition, but overall, I found it somewhat disappointing. Although the consultation itself took place, it felt like it ended relatively quickly rather than providing sufficient explanation, and I sensed an atmosphere of trying to wrap up the call quickly. I wanted to explain my symptoms in more detail and ask plenty of questions, but that aspect felt somewhat lacking. I received basic guidance, but it was disappointing that the explanations were not presented in a way that I could fully understand from a patient's perspective. I wish the consultation had been a bit more relaxed and friendly. I am undecided whether to use their services again.
