I sprained my ankle while walking and visited a hospital. At first, it was very swollen and painful, making it difficult to walk, so I went to the clinic. Since I went after work, I was very glad that they were open late and were located near my home. The environment was good, as it had only recently opened and was spacious and pleasant.
However, since there was only one doctor in that huge place, they made me wait for a very long time. It didn't seem like they were kind or helpful to each patient individually. After taking an X-ray, they said it looked like a complex fracture but couldn't confirm it with just the X-ray and needed an ultrasound; they stated that if I didn't do the ultrasound, there was nothing more they could do. So I agreed, but then they said my ligament was torn and they were still only suspecting it was a fracture. When I asked the nurse, she explained that the ultrasound only shows ligaments and doesn't confirm a fracture. It left me feeling quite annoyed.
