The reception staff were also kind and helpful, so even though it was my first time visiting, I felt at ease.

During the consultation, I felt confident because the doctor meticulously asked about each of my symptoms (cough, sore throat, runny nose) and thoroughly checked the condition of my throat. I appreciated that the doctor didn't just prescribe medication, but also offered advice on lifestyle management, such as drinking plenty of water and the importance of rest.

After taking the prescribed medicine for a few days, my cough and sore throat eased significantly, and my body aches gradually improved. Overall, I was impressed by the friendly and thorough care provided at this neighborhood clinic, and I felt that it would be fine to visit again for a cold or mild symptoms. 👍
