It was also very helpful that they addressed my lifestyle habits before bed, smartphone use, and caffeine intake.
What I liked most was that they listened attentively to the patient's story and explained everything kindly. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable, so I was able to receive the consultation comfortably. They also explained the treatment direction in an easy-to-understand way, which instilled trust in me. I felt that this is a great hospital for anyone struggling with insomnia to consult with peace of mind.
