I was hospitalized due to a traffic accident and am currently receiving outpatient treatment. Not only the director and nurses, but all the staff members are so kind and energetic that I wonder if they have received customer service.
In the case of the hospital room, our whole family was admitted, so it was nice to be able to be admitted together in a four-person room.
I'm not sure if there are single rooms if you're hospitalized alone rather than with a family, but even if you're hospitalized in a four-person room, each bed has its own monitor and you can watch the channel you want with earphones, so it doesn't seem like there will be any particular inconveniences just because it's a group room.
The food was very good and my whole family was satisfied.
Since X-rays are also available and both oriental and western medicine treatments are available, it is highly recommended for traffic accident patients.
