Anyang City Cornell Urology Clinic: Friendly, but the facilities are disappointing.

I am leaving my honest thoughts in the hopes of contributing even a little to the development of the hospital.

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to the teachers and staff.
I was grateful for the friendly and helpful staff, and the fact that they created an environment where I could feel comfortable asking questions whenever I had any. They also made the explanations easy to understand, which gave me a sense of trust.

However, there was some disappointment regarding the facilities.
Because the hospital is located on the second floor, the space from the first-floor entrance to the second floor is generally dark and smelly, making entering the hospital feel uncomfortable. The fact that there's a sauna on the second floor also contributes to this, making it even more disappointing.

The hospital's interior also gave off an old-fashioned vibe, giving it a somewhat cold and unfamiliar atmosphere. I'd like to be honest, though, that I wasn't particularly keen on entering the operating room.

Nevertheless, the music flowing from inside (I'm not sure if it was radio or music) was a little comforting and helped ease the tension.

In summary, the kindness of the teachers and staff and the trust in their treatment were very positive, but I thought that the facility environment might make me hesitate to visit the hospital again.
If it is difficult to improve the space from the first floor to the hospital entrance due to ownership issues, I think patients would feel much more comfortable if at least the interior and atmosphere of the hospital were improved.

I sincerely hope that the hospital will continue to develop, and I hope that this comment will be of some help.
