The nurse spoke to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and checked my condition again after the shot, which gave me a sense of attentiveness. At other hospitals, I often just get the shot and leave, but here, they explain everything from a patient's perspective and provide thorough explanations. It was such a satisfying visit that I'm considering getting my flu shot here every year.
