There is a bit of a wait in the morning, but since I went right before closing time, there was no one waiting. There are many waiting chairs, and the space is spacious and clean. The nurse at the reception desk kindly guided me, and after a short wait, I was treated right away. The doctor is very kind. After greeting me brightly and warmly, he started the treatment. He looked at me carefully and explained that it might be cold or stuffy during each treatment, which was nice. I visited because I heard a rustling sound in my ears and wanted to clean them, and the nurse took good care of me to be careful when using the spray gun or tweezers. At the end of the treatment, he made sure to tell me to come back if I felt stuffy or uncomfortable again, which was great from the patient's perspective. The nurses were also kind and processed the treatment quickly, so I was very satisfied. At the end, he treated both ears with UV rays, which was warm and very nice. Thank you.
