The staff was friendly, which was nice. They didn't force me to do anything else, and I was able to get just what I needed. I also liked that they were able to give me a prescription. You can leave your luggage there and use it comfortably. It's cheaper than a local dermatologist, so I don't feel pressured to use it often. They don't do toning and then putting on packs, which I actually like. When I'm busy, I have to wait for the packs to dry, and I don't have time for that. So, they just do toning and a moisturizing pack, which allows me to get home faster. I can go after work without any worries. I'm planning to go for other things besides toning, too.
