I visited the hospital to get a prescription for acne medication. At other hospitals I've been to, it felt like I was just given a prescription for isotretinoin rather than seeing a doctor. But here, the doctor examined my face and said that it would be better to start with antibiotics rather than isotretinoin. This is what made me feel different from other hospitals, and I thought the hospital staff were very friendly. The inside of the examination room and the hospital were both clean and tidy, and everyone was very friendly. Also, the hospital reception and payment system used a kiosk, which was much faster and more convenient than having to go to the desk to check in and pay.
