I started rehabilitation, diet, and exercise at my daughter's urging. By sticking to a 6 p.m. dinner schedule, I lost 10 kg. After three months of rehabilitation, swimming, a reduced-carb diet, and exercise, I managed my weight. After a couple's internal medicine checkup, my condition was fine except for anemia. Fortunately, I was able to return to work.
