This January, I wanted to properly check my health, so I had my first health checkup at the Icheon Medical Center Health Screening Center in Gyeonggi Province. It was my first time, so I was a little nervous, but the staff were very helpful and guided me, making the entire process much more comfortable than I expected.

From registration to the testing process, everything was systematically conducted, making what seemed like a complex process incredibly smooth. They explained the basic tests, including vision tests, blood tests, and blood pressure measurements, step by step. They also kindly answered any questions I had, which was incredibly helpful.

This was my first physical, and I realized the importance of preparation. I was given instructions in advance to avoid overeating or drinking the day before the test, and to fast for a certain period of time, so I followed those instructions. Thanks to this, I was reassured when I heard the test results were accurate.

This checkup allowed me to objectively assess my health status, and it also made me realize I should get regular checkups in the future. Thanks to the friendly and systematic checkup experience, I'll definitely be back.
