1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Success
4. Stopping by the gym to work out - Success
Even during rest after a trip, I can't give up exercising~ haha
I worked out even while traveling, but since it was all over the place, I’m skipping the weekday journal~
Still, I achieve 10,000 steps every day! Haha
There were days I couldn't go to the gym, but I still made an effort to try~ㅎㅎ
So, exercising on Saturday is a must! Haha
I went to the gym to achieve 10,000 steps and did both walking and exercising together~ㅎ
Since it's hot, I'll keep going to the gym without missing it~ haha
