During the first week of August, I did not succumb to the heatwave and diligently ran, walked, and climbed mountains every morning, engaging in seasonal exercise.
In the first week, I walked an average of 38,873 steps and climbed 139 floors.
Because it's summer and very hot, I drank too much water, which often caused a loss of appetite and made me not want to eat rice, but I made sure to eat regularly and properly.
On Saturday evening at 6 o'clock, while watching a rerun of Show Queen, I inevitably end my week with a red rice sparkling makgeolli, rewarding myself for a hard week.
I will work out hard every day so that I can receive this kind of reward again next Saturday.
