My goal this week is to maintain my weight by consistently exercising!
I scheduled a health checkup for the first week of September ㅠㅠ
I'm so worried about my blood sugar levels that I feel like dying (for three years now ㅠㅠ)
First, I walk 10,000 steps every day.
You will regularly ride an indoor bicycle at least four times a week!
Make sure to stay well-hydrated^^
I plan to manage my weight by weighing myself every day~~
